FSC 22® is a water soluble embedding medium used in frozen sectioning. This substance encapsulates tissue specimens and bonds them to the slide for cryosectioning. It provides excellent sectioning consistency with minimal curling of sections at a working temperature of -20°C. The blue solution improves the visibility of small specimens.
