The in vitro diagnostic “EasyPGX® ready PML-RARA Fusion” kit is intended for the qualitative detection and discrimination by One Step Real-Time RT-PCR of PML-RARA bcr1 (long, L-form), bcr2 (variant, V-form) and bcr3 (short, S-form) fusion variants in RNA samples isolated from bone marrow, peripheral blood and leukocyte suspensions (buffy coats).
