Myriapod NGS BRCA1-2 Panel

The Myriapod NGS BRCA 1-2 Cancer panel kit through two multiplex PCR reactions allows the preparation of NGS libraries including the entire coding sequence, exon-intron junctions (at least 10 bases flanking) and partially the 5' and 3' UTR regions of BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Compatible with Miseq®, iSeq™ 100 and MiniSeq™ platforms.
